Acceptance
By using QRkhatm (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity in your country, to create an account or subscribe. By using the Service you confirm you can lawfully enter into this agreement.
Description
The Service lets you create QR codes, available as a web app at qrkhatm.com. A QR Dynamic code runs on a permanent short link on qrx.ae that you can repoint at any time.
Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features of the Service as it evolves. If a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel with a prorated refund for the unused period.
Plans and access
Custom QR designs are one-time purchases. A basic QR code — one fixed link, in plain black, downloaded as a PNG image — is free and needs no subscription or purchase. QR Dynamic is a paid subscription with no free trial; it renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
When QR Dynamic ends
If your QR Dynamic subscription ends, you have 7 days to renew and keep your code, its destination and any attached PDF exactly as they were. After that, the code no longer opens your destination. Your link name is never reassigned to another user.
Paid subscription
Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe on the web. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable use
Prohibited: posting illegal content, impersonation, sharing other people's data without consent, using the Service for defamation or fraud. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these.
Intellectual property
The content you add — links, logos and files — remains yours. You grant QRkhatm a limited licence to display that content solely as part of providing the Service.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for business losses caused by temporary outages or technical errors. We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime as an internal target.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend violating accounts immediately upon discovery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts of Dubai.
Refunds
Refund policy is published at /refund — in line with UAE consumer-protection law and applicable local regulations.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Payments and Billing
Payments for subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and applicable refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
