Terms of Service

By using QR Khatm (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity in your country, to create an account or subscribe. By using the Service you confirm you can lawfully enter into this agreement.

The Service lets you create shareable digital business cards and QR codes, available as a web app at qrkhatm.com. Your card lives at a short branded link (khatm.ae/your-name), can be added to Apple Wallet, and can collect visitor contact details for you.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service as it evolves. If a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel with a prorated refund for the unused period.

Creating a digital card requires a paid subscription. Get your first month free when you create your first digital business card. The offer is available once per account and applies to card subscriptions only. After your free month ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable price unless you cancel before it expires. Custom QR designs are one-time purchases. A basic QR code — one fixed link, in plain black, downloaded as a PNG image — is free and needs no subscription or purchase. Your published card page stays live while your subscription is active. If the subscription ends, the page is disabled — and it becomes active again as soon as you subscribe.

If your card remains disabled without interruption for three (3) months, we may permanently delete the card and all associated data. However, the card's short link and name will never be reassigned to another user.

Before permanent deletion, you will have already been notified when your subscription was about to expire, if a payment could not be collected, and when the card was actually disabled. A notice will also remain visible in your account throughout the suspension period.

If your card was already disabled before 1 September 2026, the three-month period will begin on that date, rather than on the date the card was originally disabled.

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe on the web. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Prohibited: posting illegal content, impersonation, sharing other people's data without consent, using the Service for defamation or fraud. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these.

Your card content remains yours. You grant QR Khatm a limited licence to display that content solely as part of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for business losses caused by temporary outages or technical errors. We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime as an internal target.

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend violating accounts immediately upon discovery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts of Dubai.

Refund policy is published at /refund — in line with UAE consumer-protection law and applicable local regulations.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
